Operational Data

“Operational Data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or juridical person; these are normal names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, users' business details which are shared with us for the purpose of generating your login credentials. We use Third Party service such as Google Analytics Zendesk, Amplitude and AppInsights to collect information about your use of our service and health of our application for e.g., I.P Address, operating system, type of device, access time on our website or our newsletters and other comparable categories of data. We only process and use necessary Operational Data, where there is a legal ground for this or where you have given us your explicit consent.

Access to products

To access our products, you have to first register yourself or your organisation to our webpage, the data which we collect through your registration is stored in our database (hereinafter also referred to as “database”), however, we at Thoucentric ensure you that the information we collect is not retained by us for even a day longer than the tenure of your subscription to our product. However, we do retain your information in case your account is suspended due to any reason. We delete your information and deactivate your account upon written instructions. The information stored in the database includes:

Information and Technology Act, 2000

Such data is not combined with data from other sources. The basis of data processing is the Information and Technology Act, 2000, which permits data to be used for onboarding our customers like you. We ensure that we have the necessary mechanism and certifications to collect, study and secure data. We are certified under ISO 27001 for the said purposes. The system needs to store your information temporarily to be able to display the website on your computer and render desired services. Furthermore, the data stored in the database are used to ensure the functionality of the product. We do not collect any personal data from our user. The information that is stored on Thoucentric's database are deleted as soon as you un-subscribe from the Service. You may also reset your information on the Website.

Summary
